4. Disputed Charges
Notification Period: If you dispute any charge, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.

Resolution: We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly and in good faith.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
