6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (orders placed after this time are processed the next business day)
Standard Shipping Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx
LTL Freight Carriers (for large items): FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original packaging
Tags must be attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

If an item is backordered, we will notify you within 48 hours of your purchase. You will have the option to wait for restocking or cancel your order for a full refund.
