Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

In those cases, return shipping will be covered by Prime Leisure Depot.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.

6.4 Product Never Arrived
Notification:
Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (generally 4–7 business days after shipment).
Resolution:
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
