2. Product Quality

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives defective or malfunctions under normal use, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and our Return and Refund Policy.

To help us resolve issues quickly:

  • Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If visible damage is present—even to the box—note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If you are unable to fully inspect the contents at delivery but suspect possible damage, mark “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

  • Email clear photos of the product and packaging damage to support@primeleisuredepot.com within 7 days of delivery.

Prompt documentation helps us expedite your claim.


3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

If the claim is approved, we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.


5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer:

  • Shipping the product to the designated service location for evaluation is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, outbound shipping of the replacement item may be covered by Prime Leisure Depot or the manufacturer.

  • Labor, installation, or service costs are not covered under standard manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.


6. Transferring Your Warranty

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
