At Prime Leisure Depot, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@PrimeLeisureDepot.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Yes. The ASIWO Manta is suitable for beginners, swimmers, snorkelers, and recreational water users. If you are using a sea scooter for the first time, we recommend starting in a pool or calm shallow water, using the lowest speed mode first, and getting familiar with starting, stopping, and changing direction before using it in open water.
Children can use the Manta only under close adult supervision. The user should be comfortable in the water and able to swim independently. For younger users or less confident swimmers, we recommend using the scooter in a pool or calm shallow water and wearing a life vest for added safety.
The Manta is best for snorkeling, pool fun, recreational swimming, and light diving experiences. It is a good choice for users who want an easy-to-control underwater scooter without the size and complexity of a professional DPV. For advanced technical diving or strong-current diving, users should choose a product based on their training level and dive conditions.
Actual runtime depends on speed mode, user weight, water current, water temperature, and how continuously the scooter is used. High-speed use drains the battery much faster than low-speed cruising. For longer playtime, use low or medium speed when exploring and save high speed for short bursts.
Yes. The Manta can be used in saltwater, swimming pools, lakes, and other suitable water environments. After using it in saltwater or chlorinated pool water, rinse it thoroughly with clean fresh water as soon as possible to help remove salt, sand, chlorine, and other residue.
First, check whether the battery is charged and correctly installed. Then inspect the propeller area for sand, seaweed, small stones, or other debris. If debris is present, stop using the scooter, rinse it with fresh water, and clear the propeller area carefully. Do not force the motor to run if the propeller is blocked.
Yes. The ASIWO Manta is compact and travel-friendly for beach trips, pool parties, lake vacations, and snorkeling adventures. If you plan to travel by air, please check your airline’s lithium battery policy before departure, as battery rules may vary by airline, airport, and country.
After every use, rinse the scooter with fresh water, especially around the propeller, handles, battery compartment, and charging contacts. Make sure the battery and charging contacts are completely dry before charging. For long-term storage, remove the battery, store the scooter in a cool dry place, and recharge the battery periodically to help maintain battery health.
